Educated with MBA from US university in 1994 and Russian State oil & gas University in Moscow in 1990. He upgraded his MBA by completing 7 Executive education programs at Harvard Business School in Boston, MA in 2013-2014.

As Chairman of the Board and founder of the company, only in 2012-2013 he executed general management of 4 subsidiaries and over 25 investment projects with a total cost of over US$3 bl. Over 130 staff. His duties include overall general management of a state investment corporation with 4 subsidiaries in 6 major cities in Russia, strategy formulation and implementation, investments policies & results, reports to Board of directors and Russian state authorities (www.LinkedIn.com).

To add value/become a public company/increase transparency, he initiated that investees for the first time receive consolidated IFRS audited by Ernst & Young, B- rating "outlook stable" from Standard & Poors', formulated strategy with AT Kearney and tendered 176 contracts with international corporations, investment banks, consultants and producers such as World Bank, IFC, EBRD, CitiGroup, UBS, HSBC, Bank of China, Barclays, VTB, Sberbank, Pratt & Whitney, Kamatsu, Soilmec, etc. that led to 4 to 16 times increase of the company's financials (sales, debt, EBITDA, net profit, assets, dividends, investments) as well as 16% company's savings of cost of equipment and services procured. During the whole company's history he was first to originate social corporate responsibility & charity to local orphanages, oncology clinics and churches.
